Elite Hoist is a trading name of DAE ENTERPRISES("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use elitehoist.com or hire us for a project. By requesting a quote or paying for work, you agree to them.
What we provide
Elite Hoist builds AI services for businesses, including:
- Custom AI chatbots
- AI voice agents
- Workflow automations
- Custom AI agents
Quotes
Every project starts with a written quote that sets out the work and the price. No work begins until you approve the quote. Prices shown on this website are ranges; your quote gives the exact price for your project.
Payment
Once you approve your quote, we send you a payment link. Payment is made through that link.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Ownership
Once your project is delivered and paid for, you own the setup we deliver to you. Third-party tools and platforms it connects to (for example your CRM, calendar or phone provider) remain subject to their own terms.
Limitation of liability
We build and test every project with care, but AI tools and automations can make mistakes, and third-party services can change or go offline. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Hoist is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
